About Me

Growing up I’ve always been active and played many sports. Playing was living! I believed that the ability to play freely with no limitations is one of the biggest blessings in life. However, things didn’t always stay that way.

​In my late teens I was introduced to weights training. I learnt to train via YouTube and a few friends from gym. Results came quickly, but injuries soon followed. Not only did I have to stop training, my work was also affected. I did not want to quit what I enjoyed so much, so I started searching for better ways to train.

HOW IT WORKS

What does a physical preparation coach do?
I help individuals prepare their bodies, so they can live well (pain-free lifestyle), play hard (enjoy physical activities), and win big (excel in sports). This is achieved by training physical qualities like flexibility, strength, speed and endurance. For more competitive folks, we can delve into athletic qualities like technical and tactical preparation.

1. INTRODUCTORY CALL

A 15 minute, complimentary call to see if we are a good fit to work together.

2. Consultation

An in-person, or zoom meeting (if you are overseas), where we learn more about you and how to best help you.

We will review your history, examine your physical condition and design an individualized game plan.

3. Teaching

You will learn how to execute your newly minted plan.

4. Follow Up

Depending on the complexity of your situation, or the goals that you are striving to achieve, we may have subsequent sessions to ensure that you get to where you want to be.
